There is also a polyurethane shock absorber on the exterior of the heel, paired with inner padding, to support your ankles while pedaling.
The tecno-3 push closure system, with a replaceable dial on the outside of the ankle, facilitates reliable, easy access and on-the-fly adjustment. It cinches in the upper along the entire length of the shoe to adapt it to the shape of your foot, thus offering a secure, customized fit.
Meanwhile, the anatomically shaped, plastic reinforced heel cup offers stability and support for the heel, ensuring it won't slip even when you're putting your weight on the pedals to power up hills or storm obstacles. It also reinforces your heel area.
Finally, the comfortable politex upper is perforated around the instep and along sections of the outer side, providing ample venting to let your foot breathe, while remaining resolutely impact and tear resistant. Further luxury is added by a comfort fit, memory foam insole that supports your arch.
