Returns
If there’s a problem with any product, including brand-new bikes, that you purchased from us, item must be in new and original packaging within 30 days to be considered for a return. Merchandise returned that appears used may be subject to a restocking fee.
If the return is a pre-owned bike, we will give you store credit for the purchase value of the bike. Item must be in approximate same condition as when it was purchased.
Labor fees, such as custom wheel builds or other services, are non-refundable.
